Welcome to MDT DESIGN. By using our website (www.mdtdesign.com.au), engaging our services, or purchasing our jewellery, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Handmade Jewellery

All MDT DESIGN wedding rings and engagement rings are handmade in Melbourne. Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, slight variations may occur compared to images displayed online. This is including but not limited to colours, tones, scale and finer details.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. MDT DEISGN reserves the right to update prices at any time. Payment must be made in full before collection or delivery of jewellery.

3. Orders & Lead Times

As every piece is made to order, production times vary but we generally advise 4 to 6 weeks. We will provide you with an estimated timeframe upon confirmation of your order. Urgent orders may be accommodated where possible.

4. Returns & Exchanges

MDT DESIGN offers an exchange or store credit on all pieces if returned within 14 days of purchase or receiving your jewellery, provided the item is in original condition and unworn. MDT DESIGN does not offer refunds.

5. Warranty & Aftercare

All MDT DESIGN jewellery comes with a lifetime manufacturing warranty against defects in craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, accidental damage, or issues arising from work performed by jewellers outside MDT DESIGN.

To maintain this warranty, clients must bring their jewellery back to MDT DESIGN for a complimentary clean and check every 8–12 months. Failure to have the piece inspected within this timeframe will void the warranty.

6. Repairs & Care

Jewellery should be cared for appropriately. While MDT DESIGN takes pride in our craftsmanship, we are not responsible for damage caused by impact, misuse, or neglect. Complimentary aftercare services such as cleaning and inspection are available within the above warranty requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of MDT DESIGN and must not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MDT DESIGN will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our jewellery, website, or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
