We understand that purchasing fine jewellery is a significant decision, and we want our clients to be completely satisfied with their choice. Whether you have purchased a ready-to-wear piece from our stock collection or a custom-made design, our return and exchange policy ensures clarity and confidence in your purchase.

Love at First Sight Guarantee

We want you to fall in love with your MDT DESIGN jewellery. If, for any reason, it doesn’t feel quite right within 14 days of collection or receiving the piece, you can return it for:

  • A full store credit to put towards a different MDT DESIGN piece, or
  • A redesign, working with our designers to create something that better suits your vision.

This guarantee applies to both ready-to-wear and custom-made jewellery, provided no modifications have been made after purchase.

Returns & Exchanges for All Jewellery

Whether you have purchased a piece from our stock collection or had a custom piece made, we offer the following return options:

  • Returns for Store Credit or Exchange – A return request must be made within 14 days of purchase, and the item must be returned within 14 days from the date of request approval.
  • The jewellery must be unworn, undamaged, and free from any alterations by a third party.
  • A full store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases at MDT DESIGN.
  • Please note: We do not offer refunds for returned items.

Return Shipping if Applicable

All returns must be sent via registered post with tracking and require a signature upon arrival to ensure the safe delivery of your jewellery.
