Free Worldwide Shipping

All new orders include complimentary shipping worldwide.
We partner with trusted, secure courier and shipping services to ensure your jewellery arrives safely – wherever you are.

Fully Insured Shipments

Your jewellery is fully insured from the moment it leaves our Jewellery Boutique until it is signed for upon delivery.
This includes cover for the full replacement value of your item in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit.

Tracking & Signature on Delivery

• All shipments include tracking information, allowing you to monitor your jewellery’s journey.
• A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your item is received securely.
• If no one is available to accept delivery, a collection card will be left with instructions.

Packaging & Documentation

Each MDT DESIGN piece is:

• Carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition
• Presented in our luxury MDT DESIGN jewellery box, perfect for gifting or safekeeping
• Accompanied by applicable documentation, which may include:
  • Certificate of Authenticity
  • Valuation
  • Diamond Certificate

Estimated Delivery Times (Australia)

Once your piece is completed, our estimated shipping times are:

• Australian Metropolitan areas: 1-3 business days
• Australian Regional areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact location.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using reputable couriers offering:

• Full tracking
• Insurance
• Signature on delivery

Please note:

• Customs duties or import taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipping Estimated Delivery Times

Once your piece is completed, our estimated shipping times will vary from country to country. We advise 7 to 14 business days for the piece to arrive.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email including:

• Your tracking number
• A link to monitor your shipment in real time
