The brief focused on balance, colour contrast and a low profile setting that would sit comfortably alongside a fitted wedding band. The design features two pear shaped sapphires, set side by side to symbolise two individuals coming together. One stone is a deep Australian sapphire, rich in tone and depth, while the other is a lighter Ceylon sapphire, offering a soft, vibrant contrast. Both stones are carefully positioned to complement each other in shape and proportion. Crafted in 18ct yellow gold, the ring features a smooth half round band with a refined, low setting. This allows the ring to sit close to the finger while also accommodating a wedding band neatly alongside it. The result is a balanced and meaningful design with a modern, wearable profile.
