You can book an appointment with MDT DESIGN by contacting our boutique directly. We welcome you to call, email, or use the enquiry form on our website. You’re also more than welcome to visit our Melbourne CBD boutique in person – our designers and jewellers are always happy to assist.

We advise make times of 4 to 6 weeks depening on the design. If you are needing something quicker, feel free to contact us and we can see what we can do!

As every MDT DESIGN piece is handmade to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, your happiness is our priority. That’s why we offer our Love at First Sight Guarantee – if your piece isn’t exactly as you envisioned when you collect it, we’ll work with you to adjust, resize, or modify it until you are completely delighted with your jewellery.

Unfortunately we do not open on most public holidays. Speak to our team to see if we are opened in the chance we are.

Our Boutique and workshop is located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD at 348 Collins Street.

All new pieces are shipped free of charge around the world. They will be tracked, require a signature on arrival and are fully insured.

If your ring feels too tight, we offer professional resizing services right here in our on-site workshop in Melbourne. Our jewellers will carefully adjust your ring to ensure a comfortable fit without compromising the integrity of your design. For any new piece, you get 2 complimentary resizes in the first year as part of our aftercare service.
